Excellent Peaceful Somewhat Victorian Safe Room for Rent, large Balcony for rent in Baltimore, MD

You will absolutely love living in the room, house and safe neighborhood. I’ve lived here over 25 years and never had a problem. You can relax and sit on the padded swing on the front porch and watch and listen to the many birds in the tall trees that face the front porch or grill your dinner on the large grill in the big back yard where you might see deer and many birds that we feed. The good size room and good size bathroom have been newly painted. The hardwood floor in the room has been recently refinished. There is a new small refrigerator and microwave in the room for your use only. Also, you have a fully equipped kitchen in the house that you share. There is a door in the bedroom that leads to a large balcony that is partially surrounded by tall trees. When there are leaves on the trees you feel like you are in a tree house. What a nice place to relax. I don’t want to brag but people have said I am the nicest landlady. I am seeking ONLY A 40 YEAR OLD OR OLDER MALE TENANT, No Drugs, (No Pets, But there are 2 cats and a Poodle in the home), No Smoking. $500 a Month, All Utilities Included (Gas & Electric, Water, Dish, Wifi).
