The Desktop Support Technician will be responsible for performing various managed client services for a strategic customer.
These services include:
Desk Side Support, etc.
This role combines technical skills with an emphasis on delivery high level of customer service.
This position will be a Client based position working with an NTT DATA Team.
Must have reliable transportation.
On-call required once every 5 weeks.
Role
Responsibilities:
Responsible for on-site and/or remote installation, implementation, maintenance, troubleshooting and/or repair of desktops, notebooks, printers, and associated peripherals.
Serves as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters Experience working with a ticketing system.
Installs, maintains and optimizes desktop /notebook configurations at customer sites (Windows) Instructs customers in the operation and maintenance of basic Windows.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
