Staff Management is looking for Customer Service Reps experienced for our one of our top clients based in Baltimore, MD 21220 Pay rate:
$16.
50 an hour.
Schedule:
12 hour weekend night shift:
Thursday to Saturday, 7pm to 7am and every other Wednesday.
Industry:
Administrative/Clerical.
Duties:
Monitor technicians for call monitoring center.
When industrial refrigeration units go down in grocery stores across the east coast, the store calls the monitoring center to report the issues and get some resolutions.
The monitoring tech will review troubleshooting steps with them to try to resolve the issue.
(Troubleshooting steps will be provided by Danfoss.
No technician experience necessary).
If a resolution cannot be reached, the monitoring tech will schedule a technician to go out to fix it.
