Our client is seeking a professional to direct and manage all plant operations for a Building Products Manufacturing Facility.

DUTIES &
Responsibilities:
Monitor overall plant functions for safety, production and quality standards Develop and control costs, plans, and budget Support production supervisors with direction and leadership Guide and manage plant operations for production, maintenance, quality and shipping / material handling Organize with departmental managers and supervisors to insure the total manufacturing objectives are accomplished in a timely and cost-effective manner Implement profitable systems of control over capital, operating expenditures, manpower, wages and salaries Control and minimize labor overtime, premium freight and repair expenses Be able to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish the goals of the facility Apply and uphold preventative maintenance programs Incorporate shop floor organization and plant cleanliness among plant personnel QUALIFICATIONS / EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree in related field and/or 5 years plant/management experience in a fenestration manufacturing environment Experience with budget and financial statements Credentials with manufacturing methods & process improvement procedures Keywords:
