Grants Management Specialist (Lead or Supervisory)

You qualify at the GS-14 level, if you meet the following qualification requirements:
For the Lead Grants Management Specialist:
You must demonstrate in your resume at least one (1) year of qualifying experience equivalent to at least the GS-13 level in the Federal service obtained in either the private or public sector, performing the following types of tasks:
Reviewing the work of grants staff for technical accuracy; providing coaching or training to staff related to grants or cooperative agreements policy and administration; evaluating the impact of new or proposed legislation or policies on existing processes and grants compliance policies; providing advice and guidance to senior managers on grant policies and program plans and/or strategies; and developing criteria and standards for the planning, implementation and evaluation of grant or cooperative agreement proposals. For the Supervisory Grants Management Specialist:
You must demonstrate in your resume at least one (1) year of qualifying experience equivalent to at least the GS-13 level in the Federal service obtained in either the private or public sector, performing the following types of tasks:
Providing leadership and oversight to support grants administration programs; assuring that grant awards are issued in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies; evaluating the impact of new or proposed legislation or policies on existing processes and grants compliance policies; providing advice and guidance to senior managers on grant policies and program plans and/or strategies; and developing criteria and standards for the planning, implementation and evaluation of grant or cooperative agreement proposals.
