You will be responsible for providing support for CG Yard project management activities in the Depot Project Management System (DPOMS) and performing the roles and responsibilities of DPOMS Super User and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). DPOMS is an organizational term used to describe the project management suite comprised of Primavera P6 EPPM Professional Project Management software and other modules and system interfaces. Being a civilian working for the Coast Guard makes you a valuable team member. Typical duties include:
Developing and maintaining complex critical path schedules for a broad spectrum of industrial depot projects and analyzing workload resources within DPOMS/P6. Monitoring, guiding and assisting scheduling team members in developing and maintaining production schedules, ensuring consistency in processes and best practices are used across the portfolio. Monitoring development of all project cost, schedule, and performance metrics in the execution and control and monitoring phases, monitoring resource allocation for all industrial production projects. Developing new methods (views, reports and analytics) within DPOMS/P6 to support continuous improvement in production and project management. Serving as CG Yard's DPOMS/P6 help-desk; acting as intermediary between planning, scheduling, and project management staff users and systems personnel at C5ISC, facilitating resolutions and resolving common user technical problems, unsatisfactory trends and system access issues. Performing the role of Contracting Officer Representative (COR) with the responsibilities and duties as described in the COR appointment letter issued by the Contracting Officer (KO). Obtaining and maintaining Federal Acquisition Certifications for COR Level II and Program Management Level I. Applicants must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade in the Federal service (GS-11 for the GS-12 level).Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work.Examples of specialized experience include:
experience in using DPOMS/P6; developing new methods within DPOMS/P6 to support continuous improvement in production and project management.National Service Experience (i.e., volunteer experience):

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
