Responsibilities:
A cents EUR cents Assist in the development and management of a robust program to maintain a strong pipeline of high-quality candidates A cents EUR cents Source passive candidates through networking, using complex Boolean search strings and social media outreach A cents EUR cents Collaborate and build relationships with hiring managers on candidates and conduct phone screens A cents EUR cents Develop and maintain contacts with schools, alumni groups, professional associations and other organizations to find and attract applicants A cents EUR cents Manage reporting on key recruiting metrics such as pipeline statistics, diversity goals, time to fill A cents EUR cents Ensure application of our best practices for interviewing and structured hiring process A cents EUR cents Create requisitions and creative ads for external sites A cents EUR cents Maintain integrity of the Applicant Tracking System A cents EUR cents Participate in career fairs and recruiting events
Qualifications:

A cents EUR cents Must be able to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance A cents EUR cents Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent A cents EUR cents A' 5-7 years' recruiting experience including using an applicant tracking system A cents EUR cents A' Full life cycle recruiting experience within a Government contracting environment A cents EUR cents Ability to implement creative solutions to complex problems and difficult challengesRiverside Research strives to be one of America's premier providers of independent, trusted technical and scientific expertise.
