As a Manager of Facilities and MOW, you will administer the functions and activities related to the Manager of MOW Signal & Structures portion of the contract and reporting functions. Your responsibilities will include: - Perform audits on performance, confirm reports and work order information is maintained in the Maximo system; - Advise other departments and ensure full compliance to the contract with the customer as well as subcontractor contracts; - Support operations and maintenance in maintaining the support equipment, implementing new projects, administering warrantee activities and developing and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPI's); - Develop policies, programs and corrective actions necessary in managing the business; - Supervise personnel to obtain maximum efficiency while applying company policies and procedures; - Prepare evaluations for direct department staff and review evaluations of other departmental staff. Qualifications Key requirements: - Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or Construction Management; - Ten (10) years of experience in maintenance or construction of transit and heavy civil projects; - Eight (8) years of experience in management of railroad, transit projects or heavy civil; - Familiar with FRA, NTSB, OSHA and AREMA regulation; - Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Database and Power Point; - Experience managing on-call transit repair or rehabilitation construction contracts; - Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
