Reports to the Assistant Director, Education and Training Department and is responsible for design, development, implementation, and evaluation of staff development, management development and other training initiatives. Collaborates with managerial and other essential personnel to conduct needs analyses, resolve issues, close performance gaps and facilitate change. This position will provide ongoing development and support in areas such as training design and evaluation of training outcomes, coaching, team building, supervisory skills and conflict resolution as well as orient all new JHCP staff. The individual in this position may also design training based on Help Desk call trends, provide administrative support and training for the learning management system (LMS), serve as a resource to JHCP employees on effective usage of office electronic registration, scheduling and electronic medical records (EMR) /electronic health record (EHR) applications, and serve as general point of contact for JHCP's Help Desk with respect to questions concerning supported applications.

+ Exempt - Full Time (40 hours)
+ Knowledge of theory and practice of Instructional systems development and training and development, organization development, change management, organizational behavior, group development, adult and organizational learning, training implementation, learning facilitation and systems theory generally acquired through Bachelor's Degree work in applied behavioral science, instructional design, or a closely related field required.
+ High level of proficiency in adult education and training, curriculum development, and Instructional Technology acquired through three (3) to five (5) years' experience. Must have experience in customizing and delivering training modules in a business setting through various delivery systems. Proficient in eLearning design, curriculum development, and multimedia design. Work requires skill in using all aspects of instructional design (analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation). Work requires excellent teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills to allow incumbent to interact effectively with all levels of personnel; demonstrated ability to persuade, communicate clearly, and cooperate with other staff to achieve overall organizational objectives. Ability to resolve problems by assessing probable factors and assembling appropriate resources resulting in a timely, comprehensive resolution.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
