HR Analyst

GENERAL
Summary:
The Human Resources Analyst provides human resources support for the Corporate offices of a fast-paced global organization with a diverse workforce. This role will primarily support the organizational enablement (OE) and workforce transitions processes for the company's business transformation activities. Support includes the collection, analysis and preparation of information in conjunction with the Director, Workforce Planning and Business Transformation Office for various people related change management initiatives. This position primarily supports the Global Procurement organization, specifically in the Business Transformation for the creation of the Real State Center of Expertise. The incumbent will work closely with EiP project team to align the creation of the Real Estate CoE to this project.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Execute the global Organization Enablement approach including the tracking, monitoring and reporting of labor savings by region/country/unit. Support development of transition reporting tools and monitoring approach.
Collaborate with the Director, Workforce Planning and BTO in support of the Procurement and Real Estate organizations.
Support change management initiatives in conjunction with Real Estate CoE project team with the implementation of new organizational designs and people related movement across all countries in scope.
Create reports and analyze employee data trends in support of the workforce transition, and other HR initiatives. Create and maintain confidential files and records, as requested.
Analyze and prepare documents and reports that help management to define and implement the workforce strategy. This reports include information regarding the current Real Estate Organization and the future (TO BE) organization.
Support communications team (Corporate and consultants) with all internal communications related to Real Estate CoE implementation.
Coordinate all activities with local HR's to ensure compliance with all local and regional legal compliance in all HR activities.
Assist with ad hoc administrative requests as needed including creating presentation materials scheduling meetings, and discussing analytical findings to stakeholders
Possible travel to in scope regions to hold meetings and complete OE tasks
External Requirements
REQUIRED EDUCATION and/or
Experience:
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Business/HR/ Communications or a related field.
3-5 years total experience in a business environment required
1-2 years of experience in a Human Resources function preferred
Must have strong analytical skills.
Must be detail-oriented, self-started and have the ability to handle multiple tasks and people interactions in a constantly changing environment.
Must have solid, advanced level skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Must have excellent organizational, customer service, communication, and teamwork skills.
Ability to work effectively with a diverse array of people, including senior level management within the organization and with unit's organization-wide globally.
Ability to work independently or collaboratively as the situation demands; managing competing priorities.
Discretionary decision making regarding onboarding, meeting/event planning, and price negotiation.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
