Basic function:
To ensure quality, clarity, and consistency of CTY course materials and information, and to allocate CTY resources efficiently to meet ongoing deadlines.
Responsibilities:
Manage production for course and department projects. Provide coordination between/among CTY staff regarding course/project completion as related to workflow and overall production workload.
Maintain a central project tracking system
Keep supervisors/staff informed on production workload and advising them on possible production issues
Work with project teams on due dates and course/project release schedules
Manage version control of course/project components, which could include: Office 365 docs, audio, graphic, video, animation, and various assignment files
Oversee course and file naming conventions
Monitor the timely release of course/project components
Monitor the archiving of all course/project components
Act as coordinator between course/project teams and IT/Multimedia on exchange of course/project components
Produce various production reports as necessary
Supervise and delegate tasks to team members to ensure that deadlines are met.
Supervise and delegate tasks to contract quality control to ensure that all deadlines met.
Responsible for maintaining close communication of assignment availability, answering questions, and keeping them up-to-date and informed on projects. Track QC revisions and archive quality control files, including which changes made and which held for future revision.
Develop, maintain and update the QC reference manual.
Maintain file archive of in-house recordings and multimedia recordings and visual materials received through a variety of sources local shoots, FTP, etc.
Degree of independent action performed on the job:
Work independently as well as with production team to ensure all deadlines are met.
Works closely with Program Managers and content experts.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
