Job Summary The Supervisor is responsible for shift operations of the production plant to ensure the Company consistently meets its goals of servicing the Customer and maintaining profitability. Ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve equipment and printing related issues. 8. Ability to communicate constructive concerns in a positive and effective manner. 9. Maintains an in depth understanding of the printing process with a willingness to constantly advance their personal knowledge of all related processes. 10. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. 11. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form. 12. Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical procedures. Ability to effectively write reports and procedures. 13. Ability to present information and respond to questions from multiple departments, managers, Customers and production personnel. Must have at least 8 years experience as a production supervisor in a flexo plant. Knowledge of narrow web flexo presses is a plus. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
