Summary:
Responsible for the developing and implementation of learning solutions that leverage technology. Creates e-learning solutions for deployment across a variety of platforms. Instructs others on standards of development and learning management specifications Assists in e-learning strategy, creating standards, templates, white papers, brochures, pamphlets, PowerPoint, and video presentations.
This person will:
o Collaborate with vendors and other staff members in developing/designing e-courses for virtual platforms.
o Applies instructional design strategies to leverage learning technologies.
o Implements metrics to measure performance results and associated business impact.
o Develops cutting edge e-learning solutions including the prototypes and templates for mass production of learning content.
o Instructs others in the use of templates, publishing standards and authoring tools.
o Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
o BA in technical field or 5
years of equivalent experience
o 2
year experience with e-Learning development in a functional training role.
o Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
o Expert technical problem solving skills and attention to detail
o Ability to work independently or on a team, with minimal supervision, a self-starterEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
