ACI is seeking a candidate for a dynamic Entry Level position to work with our leading marketing and sales teams in the Baltimore area. The position would play a crucial role in the expansion plans locally and nationally in the next few months and would have many travel opportunities available. As a result, ACI is looking for fresh talent to develop into a branch management role within our company.
Instead of hiring from outside or promoting based on politics, our firm prides itself on promoting from within based on the performance of our associates. The more an individual contributes to the success of the organization, the more they are rewarded with training and advancement opportunities. This position would be cross trained in marketing, sales, customer service, client relations, and business operations in order to find the strengths of the individual in the campaign.
We seek to train people, hands-on, from entry level all the way to a sales and marketing branch manager.

How to be efficient and effective in day-to-day operations
Leadership & Team Management
Campaign and Product Management
The Marketing and Sales teams attract ambitious, dynamic team-players. Due to the exciting and challenging work environment many of associates have a background in sports, restaurant and/or retail.
The Ideal Candidate:
Outgoing, ambitious, and confident.
Willing to work hard to accomplish your own goals and those of a team.
Able to work in a team environment, both as a team member and as a leader.
Communication (written and verbal) skills.
Looking to make long-term career move.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
