The Indentity Management Infrastructure Services Analyst II is responsible for providing the second level of operational support for infrastructure systems, networks and services.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Experience in responding to service requests and in implementing solutions that meet the requirements of the service requests.
Perform role on technical teams installing new releases and patches of Identity Management software.
Provides new user provisioning of accounts (creation and notification of new user account).
Identify and resolve transaction errors, including password change failures, incomplete password synchronization.
Maintain password enforcement rules for direct and intercepted password changes.
Generate standard security reports (employee terminations, HR discrepancies, reports of application users for Business Owners and CMS Access administrators).
Supports Identity Management trouble reports and incident recoveries up to and including level 5 crisis events, using a Problem Management tool; coordination with client reps, customers, and other technicians in incident recoveries; participate in root cause analysis efforts.
Supports regression testing of new versions of Identity Management Products in a simulated production environment.
Job Qualifications
Requires associates degree, technology discipline certification and 1-3 years experience in a support and operations or design and engineering role role of any of the following areas: directory services, identity management, access management, middleware, or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Incumbent should also have significant operational experience in one or more core infrastructure technologies, be capable of creating technology designs utilizing business and technical requirements and demonstrate mentoring skills.
Demonstrated knowledge and 1-3 years of experience working within a fast-paced HealthCare IT environment and interfacing closely with management and solution architects in a multi-team environment.
Experience in working directly with the customer; CMS (Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services) experience a plus.
Demonstrated knowledge and 1-3 years of Engineering Design experience working in UNIX and Windows environments.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience with one or more of the scripting languages which includes shell, perl, java script or TCL.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience with one or more of the following data repositories is desired: Oracle, DB2, Active Directory, RACF, LDAP.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience with one or more of the following software products is desired: Oracle Directory Server Enterprise Edition 6.3/7/11g, Oracle OpenSSO 7/8, Oracle Waveset 8, Oracle Glassfish Application Server, Sailpoint IdentityIQ, BMC ControlSA, Electronic File Transfer (Tibco, Sterling B2B, Connect:Direct).
