The Lead Application Coordinator (Ld AC) participates in the development and design of the Hospital Billing application(s) for which the Ld AC is responsible and is required to gain an in-depth knowledge of the assigned Epic module(s).1. Demonstrates specialized knowledge of Patient Financial Services operations and expertise in relevant of computer systems, applications and interfaces and delivering highly complex solutions sets for systems and application problems.
2. Demonstrates high proficiency in all skills required to facilitate complex application and systems enhancements or replacements.
3. Analyzes and resolves highly complex system integration problems.
4. Evaluates software and hardware products and make recommendations for improving operations or processes.
5. Demonstrates an expert and/or specialized understanding of the JHM clinical and/or business operations.
6. Demonstrates advanced proficiency in creating detailed documentation, including recommendations for system changes and improvements.
7. Communicates effectively with users, colleagues, developers, and organizational administration.
8. Provides estimates for complex work efforts.
9. Demonstrates excellent analytical skills.
10. Collaborate with cross-functional work teams with minimal supervision.
11. Demonstrates advanced proficiency with complex projects in creating detailed documentation, including system design documentation, procedures, process and data flows, RFPs, project plans, and recommendations for system enhancements and replacements.
12. Demonstrates advanced interpersonal skills to effectively interface with department heads, University, Hospital and Health System personnel, vendors, and consultants, to lead projects. Able to effectively communicate and interact with staff.
13. Leads and mentors lower level AC's in the development, implementation, and problem resolution of an application through planning, scheduling, assigning, coordinating, and reviewing tasks performed by project team members. May provide input to the yearly performance evaluation of staff.

8:30 am - 5:00 pm

Baccalaureate degree, education or health related field with educational courses. Professional certification(s) and/or related experience
beyond minimum training experience qualifications may substitute for formal education requirement on a two years experience-for-one year education basis.Five years operational experience in a clinical or healthcare business operations setting or five years experience in Information Technology.
General understanding of the work flows in clinical or healthcare business operations.Required to complete and pass certification in assigned EPIC application module(s) within 120 days of employment in this role.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
