Job Description
Consultant will serves as a functional ERP GTAS consultant and performs in that role with minimal direction.
Serves as a senior functional ERP GTAS consultant supporting the Oracle Federal Financials R12 Upgrade functional tasks and performs in that role with minimal direction.
Our team is supporting CMS in the upgrade of HIGLAS to Release 12. This candidate will serve at the GTAS SME performing functional analysis, system configuration, leading customer meetings and workshop discussions for GTAS and other related topics.
Understands GTAS configuration and integration between major functional areas.
Translates customer requirements into a best fit within the application, and develops processes and documentation that support the SDLC.
Contributes to the overall strategic vision, and integrates a broad range of ideas regarding implementation and support.
Undertakes implementation and support projects involving single disciplines, and may impact multiple business units.
Complies with approved SDLC processes and is responsible for all related SDLC artifacts.
Documents system processes and requirements traceability.
Minimum 6
years functional knowledge and experience in Oracle Federal Financials
Specialized expertise required in GTAS functionality and system capability.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to lead and present GTAS information to CMS and their stakeholders
Knowledge of standard Microsoft software applications, i.e. Word, Excel, Microsoft Project
Education
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience required
