Senior Systems Analyst- Medical Applications

Ascension Health Information Services (AHIS) at St Agnes Hospital, in Baltimore, MD, is seeking a self-motivated Senior Systems Analyst to work in a fast-paced competitive hospital environment. Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills are a necessity.
This position will interact directly with HIM and support the applications utilized by the department . These applications include: Meditech Abstracting, Meditech Medical Records Management, Scannaning and Archiving, the suite of 3M applications (nCoder, HDM, CDIS) and InterQual. Knowledge of the Meditech NPR report writer and SQL is a plus.
### QUALIFICATIONS
Meditech Client Server and 3M preferred.
4 or more years experience in Systems Analysis
Demonstrated success in previous project management
Excellent communication, problem solving and analytical skills are a must
Ability to fulfill the requirements of On Call rotations
Willingness to reside within a commutable distance of Baltimore, MD

Bachelors Degree
Meditech Client Server Experience with HIM applications
3M
Previous experience with HIM application
Prior experience with Maryland HSCRC submissions

### RESPONSIBILITIES
Be responsible for day to day operations of multiple Departmental Applications including:
Meditech-Abstracting
Meditech-Medical Records
Meditech-NPR Report Writer
InterQual
3M-HDM and CDIS
SQL a plus
The support of these applications will involve all phases of systems support; implementation, documentation, training, troubleshooting, and routine on-going maintenance
This analyst will be part of an integral team supporting the Meditech Client Server HIS system.
Other application support as warranted and time allows.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
