Job Details: Job Summary
Responsible for analysis, design, implementation, and maintenance of administrative, clinical, and financial, applications. Analyzes and evaluates current and future user requirements, procedures, and problems to develop information systems solutions including on-line transaction processing systems (OLTP), decision support data warehouses and data marts (DSS), and internet/intranet solutions.
Qualifications
EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering, or equivalent technical experience.
Experience: 3 years related experience in application development including knowledge of software development methodologies and database administration. Knowledge of healthcare operations and data models.
LICENSE/CERT/REG: No special certification, registration or license required. SKILLS: Strong analytical ability to solve complex technical problems. Competent in developing computer applications including desktop and server-based applications as well as basic project management principles.
Strong interpersonal communication skills to effectively interface with internal/external customers. Customer service skills.
Must be willing to carry a pager/cell phone and be available for 24 x 7 on-call support to include weekdays,evenings, weekends, and holidays. Frequency of rotation will vary depending on need/size of department.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
