Network Investigations Track Manager
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Provide state of the art network investigations training services covering a wide range of topics from foundational networking concepts to intrusion scenarios to malware analysis for the United States Department of Defense.
Responsible for coordinating, administering, and delivering training within the Network Investigations Track.
Required Qualifications:
Typically requires bachelors degree or equivalent and ten to twelve years of related (training, and/or technical) experience.
Requires current/active Top Secret clearance.
Must be able to teach the entire course from start to finish for all courses within the Network Investigations track by having proven experience/credentials in the following:
obtaining Certified Technical Trainer (CTT) credentials (or previous instructor training) prior to teaching a course.
obtaining training on all phases of the ISD process to facilitate course development.
demonstrating subject matter expertise in module topic area by passing the course test
demonstrating hands-on experience with the technologies/methods the instructor is slated to teach.
demonstrating the ability to set up and configure equipment for the course
demonstrating the ability to teach topic, and maintain instructional skills for that course
obtain additional training via conferences, and other educational venues as necessary in order to stay current on all instructional topics taught within their respected training tracks.
maintain course documentation i.e. test scores, student comment sheets, course evaluation etc. and ensure the documentation is turned in to the course registrar in a timely manner.

Qualifications:
Federal cyber crime investigations experience (DoD specific experience preferred).
Knowledge/Experience in cyber CI investigations.
Experience using undercover techniques in both counterintelligence and criminal investigations.
Expert knowledge of Online Undercover Techniques.
Expert knowledge of Network Monitoring and Network Exploitation Techniques.
Experience conducting Network Investigations.
Expert knowledge Advanced Log Analysis, EnCase Examinations, and Forensic Toolkit.
Expert knowledge of Forensics and Intrusions.
Expert knowledge of Solaris,Windows, and Linux Operating Systems Environment.
Experience conducting forensic media analysis and log file analysis.
Delivering IT related training.
Preparing Course Material Preparation such as: development of course materials, lesson plans, trainee guides, student reference materials, and other instructional media.
Coordinate training with established training plans.
Course administration such as tracking student participation, evaluations, enrollment.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
