POSITION REIMBURSES FOR MILEAGE Property management, leasing or maintenance experience is not required for this position.
However basic knowledge of property and building systems, and construction is helpful.
The ideal candidate is an individual eager to learn new skills and get their foot in the door in this exciting field.
Strong communication skills, ability to follow instructions, problem solve and interpersonal skills are an absolute must to be successful in this position.
About 95% of the work is in the field, Little to no time is spent behind a desk outside remote meetings and check ins with Property Manager, Maintenance Coordinator and Leasing Manager.
Responsibilities Include and are not limited to:
- Pick up and drop off of keys and supplies.
- Perform Quality Control, Move Out, Move in and various other types of property inspections - Meeting vendors, clients, and staff on site at various locations to provide access or other forms of assistance as needed.
- Perform basic maintenance tasks:
- Changing of HVAC Filters - Changing Light Bulbs - Changing Locks - Placing and removing lock boxes on properties - Pick up and drop off of shipments - Office supply runs - Provide assistance to Maintenance technician as needed - Posting Notices Minimum Requirements:
- GED or Equivalent - Over 21 - Valid Drivers License - Owns reliable Vehicle (or has daily access to one) - Strong social, verbal and communication skills - Strong customer service skills.
- Technologically oriented - can quickly learn and operate various mobile and computer applications.
- Be comfortable interacting with team members who work remotely.
- Ability to work well with different personalities.
Experience:
- Customer service or people oriented experience preferred but not required - PM expierience not required.
Experience in PM, construction, inspections, or any other related field is helpful.
Work Location:
Main office - 3235 Eastern Ave with 95% of work being out in the field within a 60 Mile radius of this location Job Types:
