Responsibilities:
Handles incoming calls and correspondence and responds independently as directed.
Maintain and organize confidential personnel files.
Assist management staff in preparing confidential employment and labor relations documents.
Assist with staffing, including finding staff when employees call out on short notice.
Work effectively and maintain good working relationships with co-workers, administrators, and supervisors.
Assists with preparing copies, folders, and onboarding documents and materials.
Maintain clean and safe work environment; ability to perform job safely.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

years of experience working in hospitality Ability to communicate, train and lead team members Excellent written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Programs Word, Excel etc Strong Computer skills Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
