o Plan, research and create high quality communications deliverables including:
Presentations, Briefings, Email announcements, and Reports Developing and delivering change communication materials (to include strategic communication and training aides) focused on increasing user awareness and adoption of financial applications, new business processes, business rules, roles, terminology, and definitions associated with use of the applications as well as the adoption of new SOPs Collaborate with team leaders and clients to determine change readiness and sustainability of various stakeholder groups Participating in the development of deliverable content that meets the needs of the client and contract Reviewing deliverables for accuracy and quality Effectively track change management activities against a project schedule and timely communicate schedule milestones and progress to senior stakeholdersThe team Deloitte's Government and Public Services (GPS) practice - our people, ideas, technology and outcomes-is designed for impactServing federal, state, & local government clients as well as public higher education institutions, our team of over 15,000

o Bachelor's degree in related field requiredo Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance requiredo 5
years of experience in Strategic Communications, Change Management, or Stakeholder Engagement Planning 3
years of experience in facilitating Town Halls, Lunch and Learns, Survey Development and Administration.

years of experience in developing tailored communications - executive messaging, Newsletters, User Videos, Workforce Communications Preferred:
o 2
