Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Server Assistant to join our team in a hospitality setting.
The ideal candidate will assist in various tasks to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Support servers in delivering food and beverages to guests promptly and efficiently.
- Assist with food preparation, including garnishing dishes and ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Help maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including clearing tables and resetting them for the next guests.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure orders are accurate and timely.
- Provide excellent customer service by attending to guests' needs promptly and courteously.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests.
- Knowledge of food handling and safety procedures.
- Willingness to assist in various tasks as needed to support the dining experience.
- Flexibility to work in different areas of the restaurant as required.
