We are actively recruiting a Competitive Employment Operations Assistant.
This position will be responsible for iCareManager (iCM) Attendance and CareTracker accuracy, quality of documentation and compliance for the Competitive Employment Department.
Manages Transportation Services for people competitively employed using the service.
Assists with the management of Department of Rehabilitation Services (DORS) documentation and billing for the department.

Monitor attendance and CareTracker entries daily to ensure accuracy, quality of documentation and compliance.
Coordinates with department staff, directors and/or other departments to ensure accurate and timely billing.
Alerts the directors and Holistic Supports Managers of inaccurate or missing services and/or units in iCM or Person-Centered Plans so issues with billing or compliance can be resolved.
Assists with internal and external audits.
Be the lead trainer in the Competitive Employment department on iCM attendance and CareTracker for new hires and existing staff.
Manage Transportation Services for people in Competitive Integrated Employment.
Coordinate with people using the service to obtain ride service reimbursement documentation.
Coordinate with the Finance department to ensure accurate and timely billing.
Assist with the management of DORS documentation and invoicing for the department.
Complete all agency required trainings for the position.
The responsibilities of this position may evolve to support the needs of the program.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Education & Experience High School Diploma is required, Associates degree preferred.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of iCareManager preferred.
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
Two years of experience working with people with intellectual/developmental disabilities preferred.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Flexibility with schedule is required, as necessary; however, Monday-Friday, 8:
30am-4:
30pm is the standard expectation.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
