Job DescriptionAECOM is seeking a Senior Lead Business Transformation Consultant based in the Baltimore, MD area.
Responsibilities:
Serves as technical expert in their domain, recognized as the 'go-to' expert internally and externallyProvides guiding direction and ultimate oversight of engagements.
Has a thorough knowledge of client business practices and goals; develops and formulates solutions to client problems on assigned projects.
Under minimal direction, creates work plans and task definitions.
Has broad technical knowledge, possessing more than one area of specialization or focus.
KPIs - coordinate across the team to ensure high consistent performance in meeting KPI requirements.
KPIs - coordinate across sub-consultants to ensure high consistent performance culture and behaviors aligned with client's culture working within an integrated project team.
Internal deliverables assurance of quality and consistency of timing and content.
Assist respective Key Persons in technology deployment.
QualificationsMinimum:
BA/BS Degree and 10 years of related business transformation and program management experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
Preferred:
Professional Engineering Designation (PE)Knowledge of the third-party agreements required to deliver the client system, legal and commercial principles, and their applications.
Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws/government codes, legal research methods, and principals of public administration as they apply to the above duties.
Experience with major capital infrastructure projects and the areas of scope, policy, strategy, procedures, property management, and negotiating utility relocations.
Demonstrate a broad knowledge of budget processes, workload development, resource management, and project management concepts for innovative project deliveryAdditional InformationVisa sponsorship isavailable for this positionRelocation is available for this role.
The offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location.
The salary range for this position typically is $125,000 to $227,000.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
