Float Pool Director of Nursing (DON) Job Overview The Float Pool Director of Nursing is a member of MedStar Health entity-based Division of Nursing's (DON) leadership/management team and is responsible for over 110 staff to include Float Pool Nurses, Float Pool CNAs, Unit Secretaries, Clinical Coordinators, Sterile Processing Techs, Sitters and Nursing Clinical Supervisors at newly magnet certified MedStar Harbor Hospital.

bed, acute care teaching hospital.
Its areas of specialty include general surgery, orthopaedics, oncology, women and infants' services, emergency medicine, internal medicine, behavioral health.
