Lead JAVA Full Stack Engineer
ONSITE 2 days a weekLead JAVA Full Stack Engineer who has a passion, vision and technical acumen to help lead strategic initiatives for the company.
You'll be hands-on coding through the entire development lifecycle as well as leading an Agile team of back-end and front-end developers.
Developing client experiences through cloud computing, lightweight Java microservices, single-page application front ends (React/Angular), and highly resilient software services.
ResponsibilitiesExperienced Lead JAVA Full Stack Engineer with 8
years of experience including Java microservice development, strong Java skills, AWS experience and familiarity working with React.
You will:
Mentor and lead other developers enabling them to work independently Lead development efforts, provide input into architectural and design decisions, provide realistic estimates.
Design and develop solutions working with other internal groups such as architecture, dev ops and enterprise security to ensure alignment with enterprise technology direction and standards.
Contribute to code reviews and provide feedback Lead discussions to drive tactical vs.
strategic decisions, outlining trade-offs Experience working directly with business partners Can articulate business needs and translate them into technology solutions Requirements 8
years of progressive Java development MUST BE a US Citizen or Permanent US Resident Experience with ReactJS or other JavaScript framework.
Experience mentoring and leading development teams Expertise designing, developing, deploying, and supporting java-based solutions Able to quickly learn new technologies and stay abreast of industry trends Able to work with existing data models and schemas and suggest changes and improvements Experience in AWS cloud technologies Excellent benefit program with Work Flexibility for remote work up to three days a week.
