Utility Construction Inspector
Terms of Employment W2 Contract, 12 months (Possible Extension) This position is 100% onsite in Baltimore, MD.
The Inspectors will be expected to travel to job sites daily.
This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week.
OverviewOur client is seeking two (2) QA Inspectors to join their team.
One of the Inspectors will oversee Gas Construction Installations, while the other will oversee Electric Distribution OH and UG Construction.
As a QA Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that construction work aligns with the client and Regulatory standards.
Responsibilities include conducting quality captures, documenting and measuring contractor performance, and overseeing construction activities for contractors.
The Quality Department, currently composed of 6 internal employees and 5 staff augmentation employees, is expanding through 2024 to meet the growing demands of their projects.

Required Skills & Experience High School Diploma and 5
years of construction experience in either OH and UG Construction or Gas Construction based on the position applied for.
For the Electric Distribution position Experience in distribution construction or quality oversight.
For the Gas position Experience in gas construction or quality oversight.
Familiarity with construction standards and SOP s.
Ability to read prints and construction specifications.
Strong Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams skills.
