Labor and Employment Attorney
A technology services client of ours is looking for Labor and Employment Attorney on their ongoing projectsBelow are the additional details of this role:
Required Skills:
We need a minimum of 10
years of hands-on experience in the following.
Minimum 10 years of experience in Labor and Employment Law representing management.
Must be barred in MD, other jurisdictions a plus such as DC, VA, PA.
Experience primarily in the private sector.
Experience with defence work, handling the employer side and not plaintiff work.
Jury trial experience in federal and state courts.
Experience as a non-equity principal or counsel.
