Summary:
Provides friendly, efficient, and accurate cashiering services for customers and employees.
JOB FUNCTIONS:
Must be able to execute all cage cashier functions to include but not limited to:
Ensure cash drawer balances and is impressed.
Performs check cashing and counter check transactions.
Assist customers in the completion of check cashing and front money or credit applications.
Responsible for processing transactions accurately and maintaining accurate reconciliations.
Exchange of chips for cash and slot tickets for cash.
Ensures compliance with all regulatory controls of the state gaming agency.
Wire transfer preparations Processing cash advances Issue.
Total Rewards Cards Completes Currency Transactions Reports, W2G tax forms, and multiple transaction logs.
Cleaning/washing of chips
Qualifications:
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Must have a high school diploma or GED.
Must be able to work with and understand financial information and data, and basic arithmetic functions.
Must be able to communicate well with the public while maintaining self-confident position.
One-year previous United States currency money handling work experience preferred.
Must read, write, speak, and understand English.
Must be flexible to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime when the business needs warrants.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid license as required by the State Gaming Agency for the position.
