Warehouse / Shipping Associate Salary Range:
$23-$26/hour Reports to:
Warehouse Manager Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Verify and maintain records on incoming and outgoing shipments.
Record shipment data, such as weight, charges, damages or discrepancies for reporting, accounting or recordkeeping purposes Prepare documents such as bills of lading or shipping orders to route materials Pack, seal, label, or affix postage to prepare materials for shipping Receiving, unpacking, verifying, and recording incoming material Communicate in a professional manner with clients, vendors and employees via email Maintain the work area in a clean and orderly condition Other duties as requested Job Knowledge, Abilities and Skills:
Must be able to fill out bills of lading and be familiar with various forms that are used and required by the major freight carriers- Experience with UPS/FEDEX online software is desirable Must be capable of using weight to calculate the cost of shipping Must be familiar with proper packaging methods and follow specific packaging requirements Must be a self-starter and be able to work independently
Qualifications:
Minimum 1-2 years' experience Experience with Microsoft Office Must be able to operate a forklift Has experience with JobBoss or another inventory management system Physical demands:
Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, and move Required to lift up to 50 lbs.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
