Work you'll do The System Engineering Manager will plan and lead systems engineering efforts.
Analyze user requirements, concept of operations documents, and high-level system architectures to develop system requirement specifications.
Analyze system requirements and lead design and development activities.
Guide users in formulating requirements, advise on alternative approaches and conduct feasibility studies.
Provide technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology.
Incorporate new plans, designs, and systems into ongoing operations.
Develop technical, system architecture, and design documentation.
Guide system development and implementation planning through assessment.
Ultimate responsibility for the technical integrity of work performed and deliverables associated with the system engineering area of responsibility.

Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree in system engineering, computer science, information systems, or related discipline required Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required Must be willing to work onsite five days/week 20 years of experience as a System Engineer.
Preferred:
Previous experience leading and directing client meetings as an SME.
