Unit Highlights- Med/Surg Unit O'Neil 3 is a 32- Bed Medical-Surgical unit, no telemetryNurse to patient ratio 5:
1; Charge RN out of numbers.
3-4 techs on unit per shiftO'Neil 3's focus is on NICHE (Nurses Improving Care for Health system Elders)Straight shifts (either day shift or night shift positions) with three 12-hour shifts and every 3rd weekend schedule Key Responsibilities As a Clinical Nurse you will deliver proficient nursing care to patients and families whose needs range from uncomplicated to highly complex.
You will identify current and potential complex problems of specific patient populations and critically analyzes trends and changes in patient status and plans appropriate interventions directly or indirectly through other nurses.

Qualifications ADN, BSN, MSN, or CNL from an accredited School of Nursing required.
Prior Clinical Nursing Experience preferred.
Active MD RN License or Active Compact State RN and Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers required.
