Summary:
Under limited supervision, coordinates, plans, and delivers workplace violence and security training to the GBMC Security Department and all GBMC staff.
Responsible for creating, maintaining, and providing an education program in compliance to The Joint Commission standards and GBMC policy and procedure.
Partners with the Security Administrator for investigations and other security services.
Education High School Diploma Experience 2 years of security experience, 6 months of training and education Skills Ability to present education material Ability to articulate training and education content with demonstration.
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) Ability to organize and maintain files and records.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Skill in written and oral communication Licensures, Certifications IAHSS Workplace Violence Certification Principal Duties and
Responsibilities:
Create, maintain, and implement security training and education program Flexibility and willing to travel to off site locations for training Conducts Inservice training and flexible to accommodate all personal Maintains rosters and completed records of all training opportunities Partnership with the security administrator to assist with department needs.
Provides training on security procedures and equipment Performs other related duties as required.
Assist with general calls for service when applicable.
Location:
GBMC HealthCare Security Schedule:
Full Time, Day 8 Hour Shifts (7 am - 3:
30 pm), 40.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
