This opportunity entails providing toll technology support and analysis at a base or intermediate level.
Supports implementation and operations for HNTB clients and offices.
Provides support during phases of toll revenue collection system and operations life cycle from assessing current state to planning for the future.
Provides assistance and supports the process from developing concept of operations through procurement of systems and services, and subsequently during operations.
Most projects are short term and are up to 2M revenue.
Provides base and intermediate level support and analysis to toll technology projects and supports more senior toll technology staff at one or more points in life cycle of toll technology consulting.
What You'll Do:
Supports planning activities such as assisting in the development of feasibility studies, assessments, concept of operations documents, procurement documents such as requests for proposal for toll systems and operations.
Supports in procurement assistance.
Assists with toll system implementation including support for oversight of design, testing, installation.
Supports toll system operations oversight consulting.
Supports project control activities related to toll technology projects led by or involving the NTTCP.
Provides general analysis for cost estimates or other projections related to advisory work.
Prepares information for or in response to client presentations and meetings, including support for development of planning materials such as agendas and/or documentation such as meeting minutes.
Provides support for project analyst type of work supporting NTTCP project budgets (internal or for client), project status, and general support to staff with lead project analyst responsibilities.
Supports industry research activities as directed by senior staff.
Performs other duties as assigned.
What You'll Need:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Accounting/Finance, Planning, Business or related field 2 years related experience In lieu of education, 6 years related experience What You'll Bring:
Engaging with our task leads and project managers to support our regional tolling clients in planning, upgrading and managing their toll collection systems Support coordination of reviews of technical submittals from toll systems technology providers as well as reviews for compliance to performance specifications and technical requirements.
