Job DescriptionAt FutureCare our Dialysis Registered Nurses are skilled in handling patients with chronic kidney diseases.
They are responsible for the delivery of all dialysis related nursing services for END Stage Renal Dialysis (ESRD) patient in chronic settings.
They assess, administer medications, and monitor patients throughout dialysis as well as educate them on kidney disease and the lifestyle choices that help them to manage their disease.

$5,000 SIGN-ON BONUS FULL-TIME HIRES We are seeking an RN Dialysis $5000 SIGN-ON BONUS to join our team! You will be responsible for the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of assigned patients.
Responsibilities:
Administer nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled patients Diagnose and establish patient treatment plans Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care Educate patients about health maintenance and disease prevention Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities Maintain accurate patient medical records Provide advice and emotional support to patients and their family members
Qualifications:
Must hold an active Registered Nurse license issued in the state of Maryland Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university required New graduate with at least one year of experience after obtaining license will be considered 1 year of dialysis experience preferred Current CPR License required Complete training programs approved by a Medical Director and the governing body as required guidelines prior to operating the water treatment system Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite required Company DescriptionFutureCare stands out as a leader in managing health care across a continuum of care.
