1600 Ludlow Street, Baltimore MD 21230 ( CSX Locust Point Yard / MTA Maryland - MARC Commuter Rail Facility ) Mechanic ( Mechanical Technician, Diesel Mechanic ) :
- Inspect, service and make necessary repairs to passenger coaches ( rail cars ) and locomotives - Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot and repair malfunctions in engines, air brake equipment, running gear or passenger train locomotive / passenger railcar components - Fabricate, cut, shape, and perform finish operations using various types of materials - Operate locomotive, passenger coaches and prime mover as part of team to move rail equipment.

Qualifications:
- High School diploma/GED
Valid Driver's License - Mechanical aptitude - Actual Mechanical repair experience, ideally a diesel mechanic / diesel technician / automotive mechanic / car mechanic experience - Experience reading and interpreting blueprints - Driving record needs to be absent any moving convictions for alcohol or substance abuse within the previous 36 months - Required to pass a medical examination, including drug and alcohol testing ( position also requires random testing for drugs and/or alcohol ) Please send me your details (resume, work authorization status, current location, availability and compensation expectations) directly to:
