Our client is currently seeking a Desktop Support (Windows 10-Citrix)
Job Description:
Preferred Desktop Support Experience Supports larger enterprises (hundreds of users minimal, larger institutions supporting 500
users preferred).
Hands-on experience building and configuring workstations (laptops, desktops, VMs); to include imaging workstations with Windows 10 and installing required applications Experience troubleshooting software-related incidents (Outlook is slow, Excel crashes on startup, can't connect to my workstation VIA Citrix, my video camera doesn't work in Zoom, etc).
VDI experience is helpful (Citrix Support, familiarity with Virtual Machines, experience with supporting users who work remotely VIA these tools) Smartphone/Tablet experience (e.
g.
, provisioning iPhones and iPads, enrolling them and ensure they're configured with core apps such as Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, etc) Hands-on experience troubleshooting directly with users (deskside), and remotely (for our associates who rotate on a WFH schedule).
