This position is responsible for assisting students with their academic and personal needs.
Duties and Responsibilities Provide assistance with academic, attendance needs for students grades 9-12.
Provide support to students on a daily basis Data entry Tracking daily student attendance Analyzing attendance trends Facilitating student and parent meetings Home visits as needed Work closely with the Attendance Monitor to ensure students attending school 90% of the time Work closely with the Director of Student Affairs to ensure students are receiving the highest quality of support.
Assist students with their academic and personal needs Provide feedback to students on their progress.
Participate in weekly attendance meetings Other duties as assigned.
Greeting students in the Welcome center daily Responsible for attendance initiatives and celebrations Required Skills and Abilities Excellent verbal communication skills, both written and verbal, are required for this position.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily tasks.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment, both as an individual contributor and as part of a team working towards a common goal or mission.
Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team on occasion when necessary.
