Clear Communication Skills Accountable Excellent customer service and a desire to exceed the customer's expectations Enthusiastic Always has a good attitude Highly organized with good attention to detail Good listening skills Team player but also able to work independently Superior Phone Etiquette Ability to handle a high volume of phone calls and emails.
Strong computer knowledge and data entry skills Geographical knowledge of service area and/or map reading skills.
Position Title:
Dispatcher / Customer Care Representative The Customer Care Representative's mission is to create lifetime customers by providing the most superior customer service in the industry.
Additionally, the Dispatcher's role is to ensure that the day-to-day operations of Fitness Machine Technicians runs smoothly, efficiently, and profitably.
Expectations Include:
Contact existing customers with a maintenance contract to ensure that regular service visits are scheduled, and contracts are being renewed.
Scheduling service visits to ensure a full route for each field technician while minimizing drive time.
Understand Company revenue goals and ensure that the schedule is set each day to achieve these goals.
Contacting customer to confirm appointments that are scheduled for the next day.
Following up with warranty claims through the manufacturer's website.
Tracking all parts ordered, so repairs can be scheduled as quickly as possible.
Answer phone calls and provide superior customer service to each person you speak with.
Other duties as assigned.
