Our Client is seeking Direct Support Professionals to provide support to adults with intellectual developmental disabilities in the Baltimore Area.
CLIENT'S AVAILABLE HOURS Mon-Fri (9am-3pm) shift Schedule available Immediate Start Competitive Compensation SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY Guide and assist residents to learn, live, and function as independently as possible in the community Provide direct care, interaction, and supervision inclusive of daily needs (meals, grooming, personal needs, transportation, recreation, leisure, and medication administration) Prepare progress notes and complete daily logs as directed May require daily driving as needed Treat residents with dignity and respect including providing opportunities to engage in decision making, constructive activities, and habilitative services to the extent that is possible CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION Minimum of one (1) year verifiable direct care experience or related experience within a related field Minimum of a High School Diploma or its equivalent Active Driver's License in satisfactory standing Ability to complete and pass given background checksDTG'S ADVANTAGES Establish a relationship with one of the nation's largest referral agencies for behavioral-health Compensation processed weekly Increase or decrease your schedule at your discretion:
