Responsibilities:
o Receive and direct visitors and clients, Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls;o Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence; coordinate outgoing mail and packages to be picked up;o Maintain office supply inventories, maintain hard copy and electronic filing system; scan documents into digital case files;o Maintain monthly motor vehicle files, maintain attendance reports; leave records, trip records and logsCorrect any discrepancies found in reports; Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, cables, and emails;o Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system, including motor vehicle reports, attendance reports, trip records, logs, etcCorrect any discrepancies found in reports;o Perform routine audits of databases and files; Maintain database records by ensuring information is up to date and accurate; prepare and maintain physical files;o Review reports, analyze and verify informationVerify files and tracking systems; perform data entry and reconcile any inconsistencies that may appear in databases;o Assist personnel with timely and accurate submission of required reports; Supports investigations and projects by researching and consolidating information from various data sources/systems;o Develops spreadsheets, tracks databases, reports, and presentations, ensuring information is accurate;o Perform a range of general administrative activities, as well as facilities/space management, customer support services, resource distribution, acquisition support, and human resources support.
o Performs a range of general administrative support activities;o Identifies potential problems and solutions through data analysis, reduction, and entry;o Develops spreadsheets, tracks databases, reports, and presentations, ensuring information is accurate;o Supports investigations and projects by researching and consolidating information from various data sources/systems;o Provides technical guidance to other staff members;o Performs other duties as assignedEducation and
Experience:
o Minimum of Bachelor's Degree.
o Must have 3 years of relevant experience working in a professional setting.
o Experience with SharePoint management and computer software programso Must be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
o Possess knowledge of applying analytic methodologies and principles to address program needs.
o Solid database and data analyst skills requiredAbilities and Skills:
o Strong written and oral communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to details.
o Position requires strong analytical, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, and the ability to solve complex problems and work in a team environmentSecurity Requirements :
Security Clearance Level:
Public Trusto Applicants selected will be subject to a Government background investigation and must meet eligibility and suitability requirements.
o Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a US Government security clearance.
