Louis, MO (or remotely).
We are seeking a professional with experience in both information technology and business administration.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting internal users across multiple software systems.
The candidate will also facilitate daily support calls, as well as manage, organize, and execute software support tickets.
The ideal candidate for this position has an analytical mindset, professional communication skills, and the ability to prioritize and move quickly between many tasks.
Responsibilities Intake all software system support requests; resolve tier 1 support issues; escalate tier 2 support issues; redirect support issues to appropriate teams Maintain and uphold support SLA's Facilitate daily support calls and resolve ad hoc support requests Provide status updates to leadership on current and resolved support issues as well as support analytics Work directly with IT technical analysts to assist in resolving technical issues Conduct data analysis and recommend support process improvements Assist with the development and creation of training materials based on support issues Manage and maintain the support email inbox Represent support team on organizational initiatives; serve as systems SME for new releases Build knowledge on all services software systems; Stay up to date on upgrades and/or process changes Assist with data and process governance related to newly released functionality Conduct ad-hoc support meetings and user trainings Assist with unit testing, functional testing, and user acceptance testing; (Facilitation and documentation) Willingness to help teammates and flex into related job functions as needed EducationBachelor's Degree or equivalentWork Experience1-3 years related experience in an analyst capacity or related fieldSpecialized Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of tools Strong interpersonal skills/ ability to relate to all levels of the organization.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Priority management skills.
Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
Ability to adapt to changing roles and changing priorities.
Ability to work un-supervised, but also as part of a team is critical.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
