Lead Business Systems Analyst
Piper Companies is seeking a Lead Business Systems Analyst to join a large medical system based in Baltimore, MD on a full-time and hybrid basis.
Responsibilities of the Lead Business Systems Analyst:
Serve as the subject matter expert for Infor and related systems, including understanding system functionality, integration points, updates, and limitations.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging trends, best practices, and organizational changes related to assigned business applications.
Provide training and support to end-users, including creating user manuals and documentation.
Manage projects related to assigned business applications, including project planning, resource allocation, and budget management.
Serve as a point of contact to users of our supported business applications, and work toward the resolution of complex application problems.
Conduct system testing, including creating test cases and executing test plans.
Troubleshoot system issues and work with vendors to resolve technical problems.
Qualifications for the Lead Business Analyst:

years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on ERP, HCM, and related business applications Expertise in Infor system configuration, maintenance, and support.
Experience with Infor CloudSuite technology (ION), Process Designer, Configuration Console, Landmark Pattern Language, Web Services, Process Automation and System Administration, Infor Reporting and Birst Experience in Infor Business Intelligence (IBI), Infor Process Designer (IPD), and Crystal Reports Designer for Infor data.
Experience with UKG Kronos WorkForce Central and how it interfaces with Infor.
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
Compensation for the Lead Business Systems Analyst:
$95-135,000 (flexible based on experience) Full comprehensive benefits plan (medical, dental, vision, 401K, PTO, paid holidays) Recommended Skills Automation Business Administration Business Intelligence Crystal Reports (Reporting Software) Enterprise Resource Planning Financial Management Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
