Information Systems Analyst

Baltimore, MD Baltimore, MD Full-time Full-time The IS Analyst will serve as the initial point of support & troubleshooting for account administration, desktops/laptops, mobile devices, Point of Sale Systems, applications, hardware, and network connectivity problems remotely or for corporate users onsite.
Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for technical issues faced by store and corporate staff and gather all necessary information to accurately assess reported issues.
Perform troubleshooting on all IT issues including networking, system/application access, software, and hardware.
Coordinate vendor and field technician resources to prioritize and provide timely resolution of escalated issues.
Direct unresolved issues to the proper internal resource for escalation and facilitate support until a resolution is provided.
Provide updates to customers and management on the status of urgent, recurring, and high-profile problems.
Installing and configuring new hardware and software.
Assist with departmental projects as needed.
A
Certification OR Associate Degree in a related field OR 2
years of similar IT support experience Experience working in a Customer Service/Client focused environment Experience working with Windows 7 and 10 Experience working with iOS and Android Excellent written and oral communication skills Installing and configuring new hardware and software.
Basic understanding of Networking, TCP/IP, VOIP, LAN and Wireless protocols Knowledge of PC imaging solutions.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
