Summary:
A Psychiatric Senior Rehabilitation Therapist S(RT) in the Adult Psychiatric Rehabilitation program works directly with patients diagnosed with a mental health disorder.
SRTs are responsible for the assessment, behavioral support, crisis intervention, and advocacy of a caseload of approximately 15-18 and all accompanying paperwork.
The SRT provides on-site services in developing the skills necessary to succeed the community or any other chosen environemtn, provides casework advocacy and trains new staff.
As a senior position, this individual will serve as the lead worker for a team of 6 staff.
Must be comfortable working within a team environment.
II.
JOB REQUIREMENTSRequired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities1.
Work requires the knowledge of theories, principles and concepts typically acquired through completion of a Bachelors degree in Psychology, Mental Health, or closely related field and 2 or more years of previous experience.
2.
Work requires valid driver's license with 2 or less points.
3.
Work requires the analytical skills to resolve problems that require the use basic scientific, mathematical, or technical principles.
4.
Work requires the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing and provide empathy in difficult interpersonal situations.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
