Responsibilities:
Support application team access needs in nonproduction environments.
Support end users' access requests in both production and non-production environments.
Administer elevated and emergency access to team, users, and vendors.
Provide support for escalated help desk tickets.
Be able to document and administer security changes to the system.
Handle security and authorization issues in all environments.
Evaluate security and authorization issues to identify root cause.
Administer the Access request manager, and be able to train users on usage of the form, including the reports.
Be able to document and administer security changes to the system.
Ensure the ongoing formal testing and change management of modifications to roles according to established policies and procedures.
Document specifications with functional teams and expand documentation to include technical security configuration of roles and system settingsEducation:
Bachelor's degree.
Additional experience can be substituted for education.

Related experience beyond minimum training experience qualifications may substitute for formal education requirement on a two years experience-for-one year education basis.
