Job Description:
Support office services with daily duties such as reception, copy/print production, mail center operations, conference room support, and kitchen /pantry hospitality.
Report to different office locations/work assignments daily or weekly, depending on business needs.
(travel reimbursement program in place) Ability to understand customer goals & initiatives as well as anticipate needs.
Assist with mail/package sort & delivery to recipients.
Shipping and receiving duties.
Support office moves via packing & moving of furniture and boxes.
Assist with the fulfillment of copy/print request needs.
Backfill coworkers during lunches, breaks and scheduled and unscheduled absences.
Offer suggestions for process improvements to operation procedures during account coverage.
Assist with office supply & copier consumable (toner, staples, etc.
) management.
Perform daily inspection & touch point service of copier equipment.
Manage conference room setups & breakdowns - chairs, easels, etc.
Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Ability to work independently, be flexible, and adapt to changing environments.
Proficient in Microsoft Suite and able to learn phone applications.
Possesses strong customer service skills.
Ability to understand customer concerns and anticipate customer needs.
Able to lift to 40 lbs.
Qualifications:
Requires a high school diploma; a college degree is preferred.
