Patient Access Manager- Practice Operations- Remote Opportunity

The Patient Access Manager is responsible for directing, coordinating, and supervising the functions of the centralized Patient Access Center.
This role must promote effective communication and high levels of performance to support the clinical services and administrative duties of the department and clinic by ensuring a positive customer experience, complete and accurate patient documentation, ongoing employee training and engagement, and adherence to all key performance indicators and metrics.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in a healthcare or business-related field is preferred; or Associate's Degree in a healthcare or business related field; and minimum of 5 years of healthcare call center operations and scheduling experience A highly functional professional who has at least 2 years or more of supervisory/managerial experience, working in an ambulatory setting and exhibits successful customer service skills Minimum of 2 years scheduling/template building experience Knowledge of GE/IDX, EPIC and related programs Evidence of implemented best practices in a call center Computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel Recommended Skills Administration Clinical Works Communication Customer Experience Customer Service Metrics Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
